Organize Your Photos

Whether it takes one night or several days, spend time with yourself and your past by organizing your photos.  Start by collecting stray photos from every corner of your house.  Make piles sorted by date.  Put a Post-it note on the top photo with the year and wrap an elastic band around the piles.

Start putting the pictures into albums in chronological order.  Pay attention on the photos --- how far back do they go?  How much has changed?  Look how far you've come!  Enjoy this personal time to reminisce.  The key to happiness is to be thankful for all of the fun you're had with the great people you know.

Sadness is part of the human experience

Sociologist Emile Durkheim wrote, "Man could not live if he were entirely impervious to sadness."  It is true that sadness is an important part of the natural life cycle.  It often takes something tragic to make us realize all that we have to be thankful for.  Don't panic if you are feeling down --- take a deep breath and remeber that you are only human.  Understand that this too shall pass and you will be happy again.

Janice

人生中有許多不可思議的地方,看似弔詭,其實透著玄機,例如說,越是親密的人,往往互相傷害;

Lazy..

Here, then, is the real problem of our negligence. We fail in our duty to study God's Word not so much because it is difficult to understand, not so much because it is dull and boring, but because it is work. Our problem is not a lack of intelligence or a lack of passion. Our problem is that we are lazy.    -- R. C. Sproul

Marci Shimoff - Law of Attraction

The only difference between people who live in this way, who live in the magic of life, and those who don't is that the people who live in the magic of life have habituated way of being.

They've made a habit of using the law of attraction, and magic happens with them wherever they go. Because they remember to use it. They use it all the time, not just as one-time evnet.

Dr . Joe Vitale - Visualization

You want to do this virtually daily, but it should never be a chore. What's really important to the whole Secret is feeling good. You want to feel exhilarated by this whole process. You want to be high, happy, in true, as much as possible.

Everyone has the power to visualize. Let me prove it to you with a picture of a kitchen. For this to work, first of all you have to get all thoughts of your kitchen out of your mind. Do not think of your kitchen. totally clear your mind of pictures of your kitchen, with its cupboards, refrigerator, oven, tiles, and color scheme...

You saw a picture of your kitchen in your mind, didn't you? Well, then you just visualized!

The Art of Visualization

Aware of the elements you bring into play when you visualize. As you see the picture in your mind and feel it, you are bringing yourself to a place of believing you have it now.

You are also implementing trust and faith in the Universe, because you are focusing on the end result and experiencing the feeling of that, without giving any attention whatsoever to "how" it will come about. Your picture in your mind is seeing it as done. Your mind an d your entire state of being are seeing it as already happened. That is the art of visualization.

The Power of Visualization

Visualization is a process that has been taught by all the great teachers and avatars throughout the centuries, as well as by all the great teachers living today.

In Charles Haanel's book, The Master key System, written in 1912, he gives twenty-four weekly exercises to master visualization. (More important, his completer Master Key System will also help you become the master of you thoughts.)

The reason visualization is so powerful is because as you create pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what it is you want, you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now. Visualization is simply powerfully focused thought in pictures, and it causes equally powerful feelings.

When you are visualizing, you are emitting that powerful frequency out into the Universe. The law of attraction will take hols of that powerful signal and return those pictures back to you, just as you saw them in your mind.
