Be Yourself...

Be yourself, not what other people expect you to be.

Each of us is a member of some race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or other group.  Such membership offers solidarity and a sense of identity, but it can also come with an expectation to be like everyone else in that group.

Do not be afraid to maintain your individuality by rejecting what does not match up with who you are.  Similarly, do not feel pressure to be an ambassador for your race, gender, ethnicity, or religion. 

Demand that others treat you as an individual an dot the same for them.
