If you wear glasses, choose a pair that suits your face. If you use a weelchair to get around, add flair to your chair. If you walk with a cane, choose a beautifully carved one, or add a funny knob that reflects your personality. Just because you use a crutch does not mean it must be dull or embarrassing.
