Think Positively



Minimize how many times a day you think about flaws?


How much energy do you waste dwelling on your flaws?  Take note how many times you think.  "I hate _____ about myself."  You will likely be surprised at how often you single out your most undesirable qualities.  Instead of living in a constant state of remorse about things you cannot change, try modifying the messages you tell yourself.  Start by thinking, "If I can't change this, I'm going to embrace it."  Instead of fighting your flaws, accept them as part and parcel of who you are.
