The Law of Attraction

The law of attraction is a law of nature, it is as impartial as the law of gravity.

Nothing can come into your experience unless you summon it through persistent thoughts.  To know what you're thinking, ask yourself how you are feeling.  Emotions are valuable tools that instantly tell us what we are thingking.  It is impossible to feel bad and at the same time have good thoughts.

Your thoughts determine your frequency, and your feelings tell you immdiately what frequency you are on.  When you feel bad, you are on the frequency of drawing more bad things.  When you feel good, you are powerfully attracting more good things to you.

Secret Shifters, such as pleasant memories, nature, or your favorite music, can change your feelings and shift your frequency in an instant.  The feeling of love is the highest frequency you can emit.  The greater the love you feel and emit, the greater the power you are harnesing.

Perfect State of Health

You can see that beliefs about aging are all in our minds.  Science explains that we have a brand new body in a very short time.  Aging is limited thinking, so release those shoughts from your consciousness and know that your body is only month old, no matter how many birthdays you have chalked up in your mind.

For your next birthday, do yourself a favor and celebrate it as your first birthday!  Don't cover your cake with sixty candles, unless you want to summon aging to you.  Undortunately, Western society has become fixated on age, and in reality there is no such thing.

You can think your way to the perfect state of health, the perfect body, the perfect weight, and eternal youth.  You can bring it into being, through your consistent thinking of perfection.

"Undoubtedly to some, the idea of giving so much love to self will seem very cold, hard and unmerciful.  Till this matte may be seen in a different light, when we find that 'looking out for Number One', as directed by the Infinite, is really looking out for Number Two and is indeed the only way to permanently benefit Number Two"

Live a clean and Honest life

The satisfaction and emotional peace that comes from living an honest life is hard to rival.  Lies, on the other hand, poison your good intentions and prevent you from living a clean and free life.  Lies also cause you to feel guilty, and guilt festers.

Living in the shadow of these burdens causes severe physical and emotional stress.  Always tell the truth even when it is difficult to do so.  Living with lies is highly self-destructive and will prevent you from ever being deeply happy.

FAITH

Faith can be a supporting pillar of happiness.  But too often people try an d force themselves to have faith because their family, fiends, or community leaders push them into it.

To truly be a person of faith, avoid approaching faith from a place of guilt.  Instead of thinking "I should believe this because my religion says I have to,"  make your faith personal.

don't believe in something simply because someone else does or tells you to.  Decide for yourself the things that you believe and stay true to them.

Recognize racism is a sickness you alone cannot cure.

For all of the different races, ethnicities, and religions, the sad truth exists that there are many people who hate blindly.  If you are the victim of a racist or otherwise hateful act, do not blame yourself for someone else's sickness.

Think instead of what historian Pierre Berton said of racism: "Racism is a refuge for the ignorant.  It seeks to divide and to destroy.  It is the enemy of freedom, and deserves to be met head-on and stamped out."

counteract the racist and hateful acts you witness by becoming a splkesperson for peace, tolerance, and love.

Forgive & Forget

Oscar Wilde once wrote, "Children begin by loving their parents; after a time they judge them; rarely, if ever, do they forgive them."  Indeed, too many of us walk through life resenting our parents for the mistakes they made.

But as adults, we must realize that children do not come with an instruction manual.  Odds are your parents did the best job they could in the era in which they lived and with the resources available to them.  Blaming your parents for your shortcomings will not help you overcome them.  Instead, find solace in the good family memories you do have.

Be Yourself...

Be yourself, not what other people expect you to be.

Each of us is a member of some race, gender, ethnicity, religion, or other group.  Such membership offers solidarity and a sense of identity, but it can also come with an expectation to be like everyone else in that group.

Do not be afraid to maintain your individuality by rejecting what does not match up with who you are.  Similarly, do not feel pressure to be an ambassador for your race, gender, ethnicity, or religion.

Demand that others treat you as an individual an dot the same for them.

Own your flaws

Each of us has something we cannot change.  Instead of letting that quality defeat you, present it as something that makes you unique and special.  For example, you may feel frustrated that you are shorter than you would like to be.  There is little you can do to increase your height, but you can change the way you carry yourself.

Make platform shoes you signature fashion piece; speak loudly and clearly in order to be seen as a person of stature and importance.  You will be much happier once you own your size, shape, and abilities with pride instead of trying to be someone different.

Turn your Limitation into your Greatest Strength

An empowering way to become happy with who you are is to turn you limitation into a skill, asset, or trademark.

Famous examples of those who turned their limitations into strangths include the famous cyclist Lance Armstrong who became an advocate for cancer research after he survived testicular cancer.  Similarly, actor Michael J. Fox, who suffers from Parkinson's disease, has worked tirelessly to bring attention to the disease.  In doing so, he has become a household name synonymous with strength, courage, and perseverance.

Become a leader in your community and show others that you limitation is also you greatest STRENGTH.

Stylize Your Crutch.

The actress Anna Lee once said, "They see me wheeling around in a beautiful gown, and they realize you can look elegant, and you can lead a happy life in a wheelchair."  Instead of being embarrassed of the tools you rely on to get through life, work them into your personality.

If you wear glasses, choose a pair that suits your face.  If you use a weelchair to get around, add flair to your chair.  If you walk with a cane, choose a beautifully carved one, or add a funny knob that reflects your personality.  Just because you use a crutch does not mean it must be dull or embarrassing.

Don't just survive: Thrive!

People face more horrors in life than can be imagined.  Every day, men, women, and children survive abuse, disaster, catastrophe, violence, sickness, and loss.  Being traumatized after any upsetting event is natural and to be expecte.  But living through a tragedy is also a feat worth celebrating.

Those who overcome a tragedy yet continue to live in survival mode limit their ability to truly live.  Therefore, it is important to come away from tragedy by celebrating the fact that you are alive.  You will never be able to undo the event the traumatized you, but you can spend the rest of your life not merely surviving, but thriving.

Focus on what you have..

Complaining about things that are out of your control and cannot be changed is counterproductive.  Rather than dwelling on what you lack or cannot do, focus on what you can do.

Highlighting your abilities will enable you to see a way forward, whereas "I can't statements force you to focus on obstacles.  As the American poet James Whitcomb Riley onece quipped, "It is no use to grumble and complain;  it's just as cheap and easy to rejoice.  When God sorts out he weather and sends rain - Why, rain's my choice."

When you cannot change something, highlight the part of you that can move forward.

Think Positively

Minimize how many times a day you think about flaws?

How much energy do you waste dwelling on your flaws?  Take note how many times you think.  "I hate _____ about myself."  You will likely be surprised at how often you single out your most undesirable qualities.  Instead of living in a constant state of remorse about things you cannot change, try modifying the messages you tell yourself.  Start by thinking, "If I can't change this, I'm going to embrace it."  Instead of fighting your flaws, accept them as part and parcel of who you are.

If you are visualizing all of the time and nothing is happening, it means that you are overriding your intention in some other powerful way that you are not aware of.

What are you thinking?  What words are you speaking?  What actions are you taking?  If you're not sure, ask the law of attraction to show you where you are overriding your intention, and it will be shown to you clearly.

THE SECRET

"Whatever the mind...can conceive it can achieve."

W. Clement Stone (1902-2002)

The Secret was a real transformation for me, because I grew up with a very negative father who thought that rich people were people that had ripped everyone off and thought that anyone that had money must have deceived somebody. So I grew up with a lot of beliefs about money; that if you had it, it made you bad, only evil people have money, and money doesn't grow on trees. "Who do you think I am, Rockefeller?" That was one of his favorite phrases, so I grew up truly believing that life was difficult. it was only when I met W. Clement Stone that I began to shift my life.

When I was working with Stone he said, "I want you to set a goal that's so big that if you achieved it, it would blow your mind, and you would know it's only because of what I've taught you that you would have achieved this goal." At the time I was making about eight thousand dollars a year, so I said, "I want to make a hundred thousand dollars in a year." Now, I had no idea how I could do that. I saw no strategy, no possibility, but I just said, "I'm going to declare that, I'm going to believe it, I'm going to act as if it's true, and release it." So I did that.

One of the things he taught me was every day to close your eyes and visualize the goals as if it's already achieved, I had actually made a hundred-thousand-dollar bill that I'd put on the ceiling. so first thing in the morning I'd look up and there it was, and it would remind me that this was my intention. Then I would close my eyes and visualize having this hundred-thousand-dollar-a-year lifestyle. Interestingly enough, nothing major happened for about thirty days. I didn't have any great breakthrough ideas, no one was offering me more money.

About four weeks into it, I had a hundred-thousand-dollar idea. It just came right into my head. I had a book I had written, and I said, "If I can sell four hundred thousand copies of my book at a quarter each, that'd be a hundred thousand dollars." Now, the book was there, but I never had this thought. (One of the secrets is that whwn you have an inspired thought, you have to trust it and act on it.) I didn't know how I was going to sell four hundred thousand copies.

Then I saw the National Enquirer at the supermarket. I had seen that millions of times and it was just background, And all of a sudden it jumped out at me as foreground. I thought, "If readers knew about my book, certainly four hundred thousand people would go out and buy it."

About six weeks later I gave a talk at Hunter College in New York to six hundred teachers, and afterward a woman approached me and said, "That was a great talk. I want to interview you, Let me give you my card." As it turns out, she was freelance writer who sold her stories to National Enquirer. The theme from "The twilight Zone" went off in my head, like, whoah, this stuff's really working. That article came out and our book sales started to take off.

The point I want to make is that I was attracting into my life all these different events, including this person. To make a long story short, I did not make a hundred thousand dollars that year. We made ninety-two thousand three hundred and twenty-seven dollars. But do you think we were depressed and saying, "This doesn't work?" No, we were saying, "This is amazing!" so my wife said to me, "If it works for a hundred thousand, do you think it'd work for a million?" And I said, "I don't know, I think so, Let's try it."

My publisher wrote me a royalty check for our fist Chicken Soup for the Soul book. And he actually put a smiley face in his signature, because it was the first million-dollar check he'd ever written. So I know from my own experience, because I wanted to test it. Does this Secret really work? We put it to the test, It absolutely worked, and now I live my life from that every single day.

11 things will not learn in school

Love him or hate him, he sure hits the nail on the head with this! Bill Gates recently gave a speech at a High School about 11 things they did not and will not learn in school. He talks about how feel-good, politically correct teachings created a generation of kids with no concept of reality.

This concept set them up for failure in the real world.

Rule 1 : Life is not fair - get used to it!

Rule 2 : The world won't care about your self-esteem. The world will expect you to accomplish something BEFORE you feel good about yourself.

Rule 3 : You will NOT make $60,000 a year right out of high school. You won't be a vice-president with a car phone until you earn both.

Rule 4 : If you think your teacher is tough, wait till you get a boss.

Rule 5 : Flipping burgers is not beneath your dignity. Your Grandparents had a different word for burger flipping: th ey called it opportunity.

Rule 6: If you mess up, it's not your parents' fault, so don't whine about your mistakes, learn from them.

Rule 7: Before you were born, your parents weren't as boring as they are now. They got that way from paying your bills, cleaning your clothes and listening to you talk about how cool you thought you were. So before you save the rain forest from the parasites of your parent's gen erat ion, try delousing the closet in your own room.

Rule 8: Your school may have done away with winners and losers, but life HAS NOT. In some schools, they have abolished failing grades and they'll give you as MANY TIMES as you want to get the right answer. This doesn't bear the slightest resemblance to ANYTHING in real life.

Rule 9: Life is not divided into semesters. You don't get summers off and very few empl oyers are interested in helping you FIND YOURSELF. Do that on your own time.

Rule 10: Television is NOT real life. In real life people actually have to leave the coffee shop and go to jobs.

Rule 11: Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one.

Absence

There is no force of hate.  Hate is simply the absence of love, just as darkness is the absence of light.  Poverty is the absence of abundance, sickness is the absence of health, and sadness is the absence of joy.  All negaivity is simply the absence of something positive.

This is very, very good to know.

鋼鐵公司總經理去世前五年是借債度日的;

電力公司總經理一文不名地死在外國的小島上;

瓦斯公司 總經理成了精神病患者;

紐約證券交易所總經理剛從辛辛監獄關出來;

聯邦政府部長剛得到美國總統特赦,總算能死在家裡;

我並不確知詳情,卻很感慨,會賺錢的人,不一定會生活;

工作能力強的,不一定懂得克服情緒壓力;

Focus like a Magnigying Glass

When you are beginning to create intentionally, it is often better to focus on one thing at a time.  With practice you will have great power to harness your energy, and then you will be able to focus on many things at the one time.

Imagine your mind as a magnifying glass with the sun shining through it.  As you hold the magnifying glass steady in one place, you will create a fire.  There is no difference between a magnifying glass and the sun, and your mind and the Universe.

Visualization (in movement)

The key to visualization is to keep the picture moving in your mind, and yourself moving in the picture.  If you keep the picture moving like a movie, you can master visualization really quickly.  If the picture is static it is a lot harder to hold the picture in your mind.

Keep your visualization busy with lots of movement, and your mind will become so captivated it will not be able to think of anything else.
