Learn to daydream


Let your mind wander.

In your imagination, go to a place that makes you feel relaxed and happy.  Imagine drifting in a canoe down a winding river.  Maybe you would prefer to lie on a beach in the Caribbean.  No matter where your mind takes you, let it drift and rest there for a little while each day.

When you come back, write down what you thought of and how it made you feel.  Refer to this daydream book when you're feeling stressed --- it will help you remember the benefits of daydreaming, and perhaps someday those dreams will be relized.
