Take a Hike


Getting out in nature is good for the body and mind.  go for a walk or hike at least once a week.  The natural environment will help you to clear your head.

According to a report by John Davis, PhD, breaking up the monotony of your normal environment by spending time in nature can help reduce burnout.  frequent visits to a park or other outdoor scenic setting reduce stress levels by removing the distractions caused by modern technology.

Completing  a difficult hike or overcoming some other obstacle peresented in the wilderness has a positive impact on self-esteem.  So treat yourself to a dose of nature therapy.
